Experienced Cabinet Maker / Cabinet Assembler
Rosemount Joinery is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Cabinet Assembler. The role is factory based at our Braeside location. If you would like to be part of a team that takes pride in its work and appreciate being treated as an important member of the team, then this role is for you.
There is plenty of exposure to high-end work, with the opportunity to grow your skill set over time. We are looking for people who are keen to grow with the business and have the potential to become future leaders. We are constantly busy, so this workplace is ideal for someone looking for genuine job security.
About the Role
- Cabinet Maker work including assembly of cabinets
- Finishing off doors and drawers with modern fittings to a top-quality finish stage
- Reading and interpreting factory plans
- Working to a productivity schedule
- Contributing to a team that values quality, efficiency and reliability
About You
- Self-motivated
- Punctual and reliable
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Good communication skills with an interest in leadership
- Able to lead by example to enhance productivity
- A team player who works well with current staff
- Good time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Competent in all modern fittings
Applicant Requirements
- Fully qualified and experienced Cabinet Maker
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have working rights in Australia
